The South Tyneside Football Trust
Is a registered charity set up in 2004, it is unique in respect of being a Trust set up to solely develop football in the community, ensuring that all children no matter what their circumstances are have an opportunity to participate in the beautiful game.
We will be working closely with Durham FA and other partnerships.
The South Tyneside Youth League
The league was formed in 1997 with originally 10 teams approx 100 children playing 7-a-side football. Today the league has been so
popular we now have 153 teams, which is over 2000 chidren playing football on Saturdays .

The league runs 7-a-side from ages under 7's to under 10's, and 11-a-side for 11?s to 15?s who play at the stadium and surrounding areas on Saturdays only, we are the only junior football league who has reverted back to the traditional Saturday game.
The league is now one of the biggest and probably the best in the North East of England, with Monkton Stadium offering excellent facilities for enjoying the sport, including 7 mini soccer pitches, and hopefully 4 x floodlit all weather third generation mini pitches by next September
OFFICE HOURS
The office will be open from 9am till 5pm on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
It will be open from 9am till 12pm Wednesday ( closed Wed afternoon) and 9am till 2pm Saturday.
